About the Presenter
Tori Bunk is a dedicated mental health advocate committed to transforming how well-being is perceived and prioritized within the bid and proposal industry. Her advocacy work began at the 2022 APMP Bid and Proposal Conference, where she initiated important conversations about the mental health challenges facing proposal professionals. These efforts led to her appointment as Chair of APMP's Mental Health Affinity Group, a role through which she has championed greater awareness, support, and resources for industry professionals.
Tori's professional foundation spans nine years in bids and proposals, beginning with an internship at a government contractor during graduate school. Throughout her career, she has helped numerous organizations establish and strengthen their proposal departments and processes—experience that has given her firsthand insight into the demanding nature of the profession and its impact on employee well-being.
As a passionate advocate, Tori is dedicated to changing the conversation around mental health in the proposals industry and empowering professionals to make their well-being a priority. She currently serves as Co-Chair of APMP's Mental Health Affinity Group and is in her third year as a member of APMP's Board of Directors.
